Sarah specialises in AI risk and value alignment. Since 2019, she has discovered how complex organisations build trust with AI — and where that trust breaks down. Her PhD in AI Management led to the development of the AI 360 Framework: a diagnostic tool that helps executives and boards assess structural readiness, surface hidden risks, and design strategies that keep people at the centre of AI expansion. Sarah's work sits at the intersection of human capability, technology, and organisational governance — giving leaders the foundation to scale AI confidently, and the clarity to defend every decision that follows.

Sonia works with Boards, CEOs and Executive teams to design and deliver sustainable HR business strategies. She understands the complexities of organisations, the importance of managing risk and aligning people initiatives with the direction of the business. This is demonstrated through her work in transforming business capability and leading major change initiatives such as; mergers and acquisitions, employee relations & workplace negotiations, organisational re-structures, leadership capability design, people performance, and preparing organisations to define and adopt AI in their People, Culture & Capability strategy.
